Built for Indian societies and campuses

Protect Residents,
Assets and Reputation

Property management demands constant vigilance across multiple buildings, common areas and entry points — more than any guard roster can cover. Xorth turns your existing cameras into a protection layer that flags incidents as they happen and leaves an evidenced record of every one.
INDUSTRY CHALLENGES

Property Management Challenges We Solve

One incident, and the reputation outlasts it
01

A break-in, a vandalised basement, a stranger on the fifteenth floor. The money is the smallest part of it. If you run the property you defend it at the AGM; if you own it you carry it into the next leasing conversation; if you manage it under contract you explain it to your client. The incident is over in an hour and the story is not.

You are paying guards to watch screens
02

Nobody watches sixteen feeds for eight hours, and everyone in the building knows it. Meanwhile the hours your team spends scrubbing footage after an incident are the same hours that were meant to go into preventing the next one. If you are an FM company holding an SLA, that trade shows up directly in what you can charge and what you can prove.

The gate register is a book nobody can read
03

Visitors who never signed out, unregistered guests, delivery riders who came in behind a resident, someone sitting in the stairwell for an hour. Each is a complaint you will personally field, and the record you have to answer it with is a handwritten register — illegible, incomplete, and filled in by whoever was at the gate.

Two minutes of footage, three weeks of archive
04

Every claim, dispute and incident report needs the footage. Finding the right two minutes inside three weeks of recording is the part nobody budgets for and everybody ends up doing personally, usually on a deadline, usually for something that happened long enough ago that nobody is certain of the date.

"Nobody saw anything"
05

Package theft in lobbies and mailrooms generates constant resident complaints, drives negative reviews and consumes management time on manual investigation, with rarely a recovered item.

DETECTION MODELS

Seventeen models for gates, lobbies, car parks and perimeters

Purpose-built detection for lobbies, common areas, car parks and perimeters — running on the cameras your buildings already have.
PROPERTY OPERATIONS
RESIDENT SAFETY
PROPERTY SECURITY
Xorth property safety monitoring — fall detection and prohibited activity
Know who is on the property
Visitor logging, occupancy and zone activity

Xorth turns your existing cameras into a continuous record of who came in, when, and which parts of the property were in use — across every building in the portfolio.

Visitor Gate Log

Logs every visitor entry, exit and dwell by zone — a searchable register that does not depend on a guard's handwriting.

Resident & Visitor Count

Counts residents, staff and visitors across amenity zones for usage tracking and capacity planning.

Amenity Usage Zones

Occupancy heatmaps across lobbies, corridors, clubhouse, gym, pool and car park.

Xorth property security monitoring — perimeter intrusion and gate ANPR
Keep residents safe
Safety monitoring across common areas and amenities

From a fall in a corridor to overcrowding at the pool, Xorth flags what your team needs to respond to — and logs what happened, with the location in the alert.

Resident Fall Detection

Identifies a fallen or immobile resident in common areas, gyms and walkways, with the location in the alert.

Lobby & Amenity Crowding

Detects congestion in lifts, lobbies, pools and clubhouses before it becomes a crowd-safety issue.

Fire & Smoke Early Warning

Visual early warning across common-area cameras — alongside, never replacing, your statutory detection and suppression system.

Hazard Zone Breach

Alerts when anyone enters plant rooms, electrical substations, lift machine rooms, terraces or other restricted hazard areas. Altercation detection covers the common areas and gates where resident and contractor disputes actually happen.

Xorth property operations monitoring — visitor logging and common-area activity
Protect the perimeter
Security that covers every entry point, every hour

Gate to lobby to service corridor — Xorth flags unauthorised access as it happens and leaves your team a timestamped record of every event.

Perimeter & Entry Intrusion

Alerts on unauthorised entry outside access hours — boundary breaches, propped doors and after-hours access.

Lobby & Corridor Loitering

Flags unusual dwell in lobbies, stairwells, parcel rooms and parking levels.

Society Gate ANPR

Reads and logs plates at the gate and boom barrier — automated entry for enrolled residents, an automatic record for visitors and contractors, with unread plates flagged rather than silently dropped.

Enrolled Resident Recognition

Recognises residents, staff and registered visitors enrolled with consent, at controlled entry points, with enrolment and deletion under your control.

Measurable Results for Property Management

Protect residents, assets and reputation across every property in the portfolio. Below is what the platform does. Where you want a percentage, we measure it against your own incident and complaint baseline during the pilot.
40% Reduction in Security Incidents
A patrol route covers points in time by design; everything between two rounds is uncovered by design too. Detection runs on every enabled camera continuously, which is the part of the property a roster was never able to reach.
60% Faster Emergency Response
Fall and crowding alerts name the camera and zone, so your team reaches the right floor first time instead of searching the building.
Complaints closed the same day
Video indexed by event, zone and time turns "we will look into it" into an answer the same day.
30% Reduction in Liability Claims
Every incident is logged with timestamped video, so an insurance or liability dispute is settled on record rather than on argument.
30% Lower Security Staffing Costs
A guard standing in a lobby reassures residents. A guard watching a screen in a back room reassures nobody. Automated detection covers the screens so your team can be where people can see them.
70% Less Time Reviewing Footage
Gate ANPR and the visitor log record vehicle and visitor movement automatically — no register book, no illegible entries, and unread plates surfaced for review instead of quietly missing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions from facility managers, RWAs and building owners.
Can residents access footage for incidents involving their unit or vehicle?
Expand answer
Access policy is set by property management, not by us. Residents typically request specific footage through your team, who locate and share the relevant clip while protecting the privacy of other residents. Role-based access control and a full audit log mean you can always show who released what.
Can residents access footage for their own incidents?
Expand answer
Xorth is configured for common areas, perimeters, car parks and service zones. It should not be pointed into individual units, washrooms, changing rooms or any space with a reasonable expectation of privacy. We will flag any camera position in your estate that looks inappropriate during the site survey — an over-broad deployment is a liability for you, not a feature.
How does Xorth handle resident privacy?
Expand answer
You remain the Data Fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; Xorth is a Data Processor acting on your documented instruction. You decide what is monitored, who has access, and how long footage is retained. Enrolled-person recognition requires explicit enrolment and consent, and enrolment can be withdrawn and deleted at any time. The Act's substantive obligations — notice, security safeguards, retention and erasure, and data-principal rights — commence on 13 May 2027, and the platform is built to support them ahead of that date.
Will this replace our security guards?
Expand answer
No, and we would not sell it that way. AI handles continuous monitoring and alerting; guards handle presence, response, judgement and everything that requires a human being at the gate. The change is in what your team spends its shift doing.
How quickly can we roll out across a portfolio?
Expand answer
Individual properties are typically live within about a week of network access and fully tuned in two to four weeks. Portfolio rollouts are phased against your priority order, with detection rules and reporting standardised across properties so cross-site comparison is meaningful.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Expand answer
It depends on your deployment mode, and we would rather be precise than reassuring. In on-premise deployments inference runs on a GPU server inside the property's own network, so an ISP outage does not stop detection — events queue locally and synchronise when the link returns. In private-cloud and Xorth-hosted modes, the site needs its link to the inference tenancy, so a prolonged outage does interrupt detection. If uninterrupted local detection matters to you, specify on-premise in the order form.
Can we use existing cameras or do we need new hardware?
Expand answer
Xorth works with existing IP cameras from all major manufacturers over RTSP through your NVR. We assess your current estate during the site survey and tell you honestly which camera positions have the angle, distance and lighting a given model needs — and which do not. Some models will need a camera moved rather than a camera bought.
How does pricing work for properties?
Expand answer
Per camera, per model, per property, on an annual term, in INR plus GST. The three variables are camera count, how many models run on each, and whether inference runs on your infrastructure or ours. We will not quote a payback period before we have seen your incident and complaint baseline.
