Operating these services responsibly requires careful handling of personal data, including data captured in video streams. Where we process such data for a customer, that customer is the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and determines the purpose and means of processing; we act as a Data Processor on their documented instructions.

We collect information automatically, such as IP address, browser type, device information and usage data. And we process operational data through the platform on behalf of customers, including video footage, detection events and associated metadata. We use the information we collect to provide and operate the Xorth platform, support and communicate with customers, improve our AI models on aggregated and de-identified data only, send service updates and (with your consent) marketing communications, protect the security of our systems, and comply with our legal obligations.
